There has been much reporting on the increase of insurance premiums for strata run condominium buildings.  In our Youtube video we give some examples so you can get a very good understanding of how to make your next condominium purchase.

In BC we should see a 20% increase in insurance premiums for most condominium buildings.  We will have examples of much higher increases, in our video, again we discuss things to look for in order to avoid these types of buildings.
