Benchmark value for a single-family home in Greater Victoria in April 2020 was $775,900. The benchmark value for the same home in April 2021 increased by 15.7% to $897,600, a 3.3% increase from the previous month of March.

Benchmark value for a condominium in Greater Victoria in April 2020 was $521,400. The benchmark value for the same condominium in April 2021 increased by 3.6% to $540,400, a 3.6% increase from the previous month of March.

Benchmark value for a townhouse in Greater Victoria in April 2020 was $597,000. The benchmark value for the same townhouse in April 2021 increased by 12.2% to $669,900, a 3.9% increase from the previous month of March.
