Benchmark value for a single-family home in Greater Victoria in August 2020 was $803,700. The benchmark value for the same home in August 2021 increased by 25.1% to $1,005,600, a 1.3% increase from the previous month of July.
Benchmark value for a condominium in Greater Victoria in August 2020 was $475,500. The benchmark value for the same condominium in August 2021 increased by 13.3% to $538,800, a 1% increase from the previous month of July.
Benchmark value for a townhouse in Greater Victoria in August 2020 was $597,600. The benchmark value for the same townhouse in August 2021 increased by 19.5% to $714,100, a 1.5% increase from the previous month of July.
